Cancel your order or equest a return

To cancel any order you have placed with DarTaymiyyah before it has been dispatched by us, you must contact customer support by email (admin@dartaymiyyah.co.uk) from Monday-Thursday between the hours of 10am – 6pm. InshaAllah every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

 

When contacting customer support to cancel an order , please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

 

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Damaged or defective items

Before we dispatch any order, we ensure that all goods are checked for any defects or imperfections before being securely packed & handed to the courier.

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by DarTaymiyyah within (30) days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or refund the full purchase amount, at our sole discretion, any item that is deemed defective.

 

You have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that ‘inspect’ means to examine, & does not permit you to use the goods.

 

You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in a good condition consistent with your statutory duty to take care of them, at your own cost, by recorded delivery or by any other appropriate method so as to reasonably ensure that we receive them, as soon as possible after sending us your cancellation.

 

All goods will be examined on their return to us and the cancellation of an order is not accepted by us until we have examined the goods and informed you of our acceptance in writing by post or email.  Following the cancellation, you are under a legal duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods & take reasonable care of the goods.

 

Damaged goods – On receipt, if it is immediately apparent that the package is damaged, please do not sign for it as being in good condition, put a mark on the delivery slip that it has arrived damaged. If you should receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged prior to delivery, please email us immediately.
